Wine making

Appareance

Ruby-red colour, deep, garnet red highlights. La robe : brillante, de couleur rouge rubis foncée aux nuances grenat pourpre.

Nose

Elegant, expressive, violet aromas, mint aromas, strawberry aromas, intense raspberry aromas, red fruit aromas, black pepper aromas, coffee aromas, arômes de grillé, clay aromas. Le nez : expressif qui associe des notes des fruits rouges (fraises, framboises) à des nuances grillées, boisées et à des touches de café.

Palate

Well-balanced, delicate, full-bodied, black fruit hints, blackberry hints, blueberry hints, soft tannin, smooth, structured body. La bouche : attaque souple et pulpeuse qui offre une matière charnue avec des tanins qui se fondent dans une belle structure étoffée.
