La fermentation, grâce aux levures indigènes, respecte le terroir. L’élevage, suite à la fermentation malo-lactique, se fait en barriques dans nos caves sous la forteresse de Chinon. Wine making

Organic viticulture. Traditional hand picking into small crates. Use of indigenous yeast. Ageing in oak barrel, Sans sulfites ajoutés. Sols argilo-calcaires.

Appareance

Ruby-red colour, deep. La robe : joli rouge rubis très profond.

Nose

Black fruit aromas, red fruit aromas, arômes de fruits mûrs, spice aromas. Le nez : des arômes de fruits noirs et d’épices se dégagent à l’aération.

Palate

Powerful, characterful, ripe tannin. La bouche : puissante, les tanins sont présents et soyeux. Le vin est porté par une très belle longueur aromatique.
