Wine making

Organic viticulture. Traditional hand picking. Temperature-controlled fermentation, Use of indigenous yeast. Ageing in new demi-muid (large wooden vat). Sols argilo-calcaires.

Appareance

Ruby-red colour, bold. La robe : rouge rubis très soutenu.

Nose

Complex, rich, slight florest floor aromas, black fruit aromas, blackberry aromas, prune aromas, coffee aromas. Au nez : riche et complexe, intensément fruité, aux notes de mûres, de griottes, de pruneaux et de cafés.

Palate

Aromatic, rich, round, violet overtones, black fruit hints, clay hints, fine tannin, round tannin, silky tannin, smooth, structured body, strong intensity, long length. La bouche : l’attaque est ronde avec une grande amplitude. Ce vin, d’une grande richesse tannique, est élégant avec beaucoup de rondeur.
